Application: PALLET NUTS is designed for wood pallet assembly . The raw material is carbon steel . Flange lock grips the wood to prevent turning when tightening bolt . Unique low profile nut with hex drive can be tightened instead of the bolt to make it ideal for carriage bolt applications.
Method and precautions of nut tightening:
(1) Slurry pump washers shall be added under the nuts of anchor bolts; anchor bolts of lifting and transportation equipment shall be locked by locking devices.
(2) Before screwing the nut on the anchor bolt, lubricate with oil or butter to prevent future rust and make disassembly difficult.
(3) After the concrete reaches 75% of the design strength, the anchor bolt should be tightened.
(4) Tightening the anchor bolt should start from the middle of the equipment, and then tighten it diagonally at both ends.
